At SterlingLoves, we want you to be completely enamored with your fashion finds. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box to ensure they remain in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy as we process your refund or replacement.
